This Week's Topic...
Those were some nice frogs. And 10 people posted last week, which is more than we've had since the week of the pirates, so thanks for the frogs, everyone. Moving on...
Our new topic for the coming week is:
"If Monkeys Ruled the World..."
So they don't?

New Topic Time!
Congratulations to Peter for being the 200th poster on Toon Club! It seems like just yesterday that Toon Club only had 199 posts. Good times, good times....
This week's topic, courtesy of Mister Monster House himself, Seth, is "Froggy Went A-Courtin'!"
Happy drawing!

Fezzik, jog his memory.
Oh powerful Club of Toons, I humbly give you my first post. To all my senior Toon Club members I say, "Yes sir, anything you say sir." I hope to eventually underwhelm you with my talent.
What you see here is a much more agile ROUS, a real fighter (in a Michael Jackson "Beat It" kind of way), coming to the rescue of his buddy, unfortunately he was unable to help as just off camera he jumped into a fire spurt and was gobbled up by lightning sand.

But, I Got a Bingo...
Sadly, many of my family's traditions have gone the way of the dodo in the last few years. The most prominent of these was our traditional Christmas Eve Bingo game. Everyone brought a five dollar gift to the party. When you got a bingo, you could choose a gift or swipe one from someone else. Sometimes the game went on for quite awhile, as it didn't end until everyone got to yell, "BINGO!"

This explains a lot...
When I was a wee lad I had the tradition of running really fast and falling on my head. It probably had something to do with the size of my noggin, which was the same size then as it is now. I've just grown into it, you might say. And how, you ask, is this a family tradition? Now my kids fall on their huge craniums. I had hoped it would skip a generation, but no.
