Stuffed Smurf

I got a Stuffed Papa Smurf for Christmas once when I was little. Luckily, I don't think it was the REAL Papa Smurf, just that it was made to LOOK like him.

Ice Cream Monster!

The first one they made was Ice Cream Monster, but it was too hard to clean off the Chocolate Syrup (Yes, it's Chocolate Syrup). So they made Cookie monster after that. Personally, I'd take Ice Cream over Cookies any day, but you can understand where the Muppeteers were coming from...

Bullwinkle... The Next Generation!

My mom and I used to watch Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends when I came home from school when I was little. Last Mother's day, I got her the season 2 box set of the show. This is my depiction of Bullwinkle delighting youngsters with his show, even long after his days as a star.

Who Says Things Will Keep Getting Better?

It's been said that "history repeats itself." A thousand years from now, our descendants may have fallen back on egyptian paint or cave drawings.

Frog Prince's Ride Home

This is very underdeveloped, but I have some thumbnails and such.... This is the prince of Frogelle, land of frogs. He has just come home from a victory against the rat kingdom's invasion. Here, he has passed the gates to his city, and around him are crowds of cheering frogs, some sit on the rooftops, the maidens wave their handkerchiefs, and the frog band is playing a victory war song! Ahhh, sweet creative license. Maybe I can finish this some day...

Joust Again

Joust was always best played 2-Players with a friend. The biggest trouble was always that jerk of a pterodactyl... And the lava... And the other jousters... Oh, who cares, the game went on forever until you died, so it was a lost cause anyways.

Video Game Friends

This is Alida. She's a dragon hunter.
I guess she's an imaginary friend because I made her up in one of those online video game worlds. I take control of this character one or two nights a week and she interacts with other players on the internet in a game called Monster Hunter on Playstation 2.

The game has a more realistic look, but I've cartoonized it myself.

I met this other guy named YuM_TaCos in the same world. He's really high level and a nice guy; always helping me take down the big wyverns. I can almost always find him playing the game.

So I guess he's my imaginary friend, too.

YuM_TaCos... What a name.

Such a Shame She Didn't Have More Screen Time

Okay, so maybe I drew this a bit quick, but you can't convincingly argue that Yzma's cat form isn't one of the greatest cartoon villains of all time.

Jocks and Nerds

As I went about sketching rabbits and turtles, I was suddenly struck with inspiration about the symbolism in the fable.
The more I thought about it, the more I became convinced that this is what Aesop meant.

Walrus and Carpenter

Forgive the dodge and burn, and the lack of research... My one goal was... POST SOMETHING!

Eleven Pipers Piping

Here's my 12 days of Christmas drawing, 11 Pipers Piping... Sorry no color!
