It's a red-letter day for Toon Club. After two-plus years of great entries, we've finally reached the 100th topic. And since it's such a big number, we're going to have our first two-parter!

Part One: You at 100. Call it a chance to get to know the other "clubbers". Show us how you see yourself on your 100th birthday.

Part Two: Favorite Topic. Pick a past topic and try something new with it... Or, perhaps you can find a topic you missed in the past and catch up! (You can label this post under #100 and whichever topic number you are referencing.)

Mermaid, of sorts...

If Mermaids were real, I doubt they'd look like the mermaids of legend. I think they'd be scaly, with gills and the like. The kind of a girl only a Merman would fall in love with. Though a drunken sailor might be able to overlook her flaws, at least until he sobered up.
