With the most humble apologies to Shane, here's Figaro. He was always my favorite character in the movie. I think he got jipped being paired with Minnie Mouse in the short cartoons. I guess Jiminy got an exclusive deal on the instructional filmstrips.

Hey - I recognize this stage and this lighting. Wait... did this giant cat eat my puppet and his bug friend?
Jiminy got instructional filmstrips AND the transition segments in "Fun and Fancy Free." Let's see Figaro do that. I'm not surprised your favorite character was the cat... you and cats. Nice work, man.
I can't embrace anyone who eats Jiminy Cricket. Sorry that just doesn't fly with me. Sweet illustration though. Alright I admit it, Figaro is pretty likeable. Even if he did eat Pinocchio's conscience.
Yes, I swiped your stage and light... So sue me if I wanted to draw Slide #2 in your "Characters of Pinocchio" presentation.
I think it speaks to the power of Figaro that he has no lines in the film, but has gone to star in cartoons, comic books, and pre-teen girl t-shirts all across the globe.
Now I'm starting to feel bad for Cleo.
Don't feel too bad. Her career helped coin the phrase "all washed up". I especially like your background on this one.
Hai fatto un lavoro bellissimo! Questo gatto e un inspirazione. Figaro ha rubato mio cuore. Complimenti, complimenti signore.
Cute Figaro picture! If he really did eat Jiminy, then we just need him licking his chops, and maybe Jiminy's tophat laying on the floor... :)
