This turned out Really Really great! Awesome work Heather! This guy reminds me of the derby hat guy in Meet the Robinsons, A classic villain! I love your twist of triple mustaches, great work!

Awesome character! Love the textures! So who is the nemesis of? "Alergic to Mustaches-Man"... I need to stop thinking out loud-- and writing it down. ha

Hey, I just wanted to let all of you know what a great job you do on Toon Club. Unfortunately, I'm sad to say I won't be dropping by anymore. Keep up all the good toons for everyone else to enjoy! Thanks for all the fun!

This is great, Heather... I love the style. This was one of those that I looked at and had no idea who had done it. Very original and excellent of you. That's a lot of mustaches to twirl.
