If Monkey's Ruled the Earth...

Special thanks to Joe, who helped me brainstorm this situation. (You'll notice that I've got the disgusted monkey wearing a J-Rex t-shirt as a nod to Mr. I Peed A Little.)

Great topic!

Thanks for putting my tshirt on your post (available at zazzle.com/adrianropp) and also, I am disgusted by how hairy you are... I didn't know, and wish I still didn't.

The smile is brilliant.

I LOVE the toothy grin! Wasn't this exacty situation in "Planet of the Apes 8?" It seems familiar. All four characters are great... you always nail the designs of everything. It's hilarious and good and great and hooray for Adrian! Nicely done, sir.

Wow Adrian. This is the best piece I've seen in a while, I can't stop looking at it. I'd love to see a whole show based on your monkey designs, that Man-Chimp is the single most cool idea anyone could come up with. Aaghh, you still gotta see the PowerPuff Girls Movie! Great work amigo.

Isn't this how some jobs feel? This is great, Adrian. You've got that cool graphic style, and the characters are hilarious. I like the toothy grin too.

This is your best one yet, i think, adrian! The expression of the pet human on the string was awesome. I laughed. Hahahaa!

Even the MONKEYS from France smoke. I love it.

I can't figure out if the human-monkey guy is really enjoying his job, or trying to get across to the customers, "Please give me money. He's going to beat me again." The expression is great for either scenario. Well done.

I agree that the hair is disturbing. It looks like it was recently shaved, but he just can't shave it often enough. He's got a 5 o'clock body shadow.

I love everything about your illustration Adrian. Amazing! The Man-Chimp is hysterical. Love those Lederhosen! He just needs a couple of cymbols and a key in his back to complete the ensamble. Lovely work!
