Growing Pains for Little Vamp

It's tough being the only daughter of the
most gorgeous woman in Transylvania.

I haven't been keeping up with the club lately but I thought maybe I'd try to get in something on Dracula. I'm a little late. You guys have been doing some great stuff.

I've been interested in trying out some characters in a simpler style with strong outlines. Hence this attempt.

Cool, Mark... I like the style of this one a lot. Nice simple shapes making good designs... I guess that's the trick to the whole thing isn't it... shapes making good designs. And I love the bat!

This sounds like the beginning of a great story. I like the simple style, too.

Whoa! I love it when all you guys do something very different from your "style" and it is a testiment to a really talented artist.

Very cool!

Sounds a bit like the Ugly Duckling syndrome. Cool illustration Mark! I like the style. It's quite a departure, and it's working nicely. I like your play on the theme too. Way to go!
