In honor of the fact that winter is creeping closer and closer, this week's topic is "Autumn."

Feedback for "Monsters" goes here.

Lots of monsters... a nice week for Toon Club. So hard to choose a favorite, but I think I'm going to have to declare a tie for me between Harry Potty and the Purple People Eater. Not that I didn't love all of the monsters, though.

I am gonna have to go with Shane's redhead monster. However, Harry Potty and Marnsters delighted me as well. A banner week for the TC!

Yikes!!! So hard to choose a favorite! Perhaps if I categorize them, it will help. I liked (and didn't like) all of the sketches in their own ways! So here goes:

Scariest Monsters:
Jarrett's bears. Hands down. Bears freak me out.

Grossest Monsters:
Heather's Father-Son Bonding and Seth's Harry Potty.

Monsters that probably got teased in school:
Ken's doped Tweety monster and Seth's OCD monster.

Happiest Monsters:
Adrian's Purple People Eater and Shane's Wing-Tailed Unicordionist. (Note... these are also two of my favorites for coloring!)

Best Inked Monsters:
Ken and Adrian's Monster Sketches.

Least Favorite Monster Submission:
Joe's caricature of the Iranian President. Very tasteless to put it in the monster category (even if we don't agree with the things he says and does).

Best Monster Submission:
Nathan's Marnsters. I still imagine the middle one being pleased about getting the last cheddar biscuit... and the other two saying "Hey! That was mine!!!" Also loved the teeth!

Hey... I DID choose a favorite. But like I said... I liked (and didn't like) all of them in their own ways!!! :)

Adrian's "monsters, inked" reminded me of captain caveman (who was one of my favorites growing up), so I liked his even more because of that. Seth's toilet monster was wonderful, and Shane's was "alright" I suppose.

Definitely Joe. I appreciate his originality and political contribution -whether one agrees with him or not. You got moxy kid!

For this week, I'll have to go with Seth's Harry Potty. It's so appealing (even though he's on the can). Shane's Wing-Tailed Unicordionist & Adrian's Purple People Eater would be my runner's up.
