Take One Down, Pass Him Around

You don't want to be stranded in a tub at sea with a butcher and a baker. Bad things happen when their instincts kick in... especially if you've provided them with several candles.

What is wrong with you? I mean, seriously, you should...

Oh, who am I kidding! This is awesome! Love the color, love the characters, sickened by the concept! I think the butcher could be slightly more judicious with the portions, though. The baker isn't going to last long if all he gets is a leg bone.

I'm seen a lot of drawings in my time, and this is one of them! Hilarious as usual, Mr. Lewis!

I laughed so hard I nearly spit out the metatarsal I was knawing on. Great chacter design Shane! Sick! But great!

You know, at first, I was happy your drawing knocked Jed's Speedos down- (that's not what I meant)

-but the more I look at it... the sicker I get.

I love the pepper effect, way cool.

This one kinda has the same flavor that your Wizard of Oz illustration had. I, too, started to head down morbid paths on my version of this topic, although not so blatantly! I likes it! The shower head is a nice touch. At least they can wash up before they eat. Poor candlestick maker. Good job, Shane.

Thank you all for your kind words. My wife said it was "offensive" and that she was "embarrassed." Man, she was way off! Or I guess it's more likely that she was exactly right, and I'm just friends with a bunch of people who like that kind of stuff.

Glad you all enjoyed it... and once again - sorry.

I can't believe somebody would find this offensive when we've had entries with actually dog poop in them.

Oh, yes. And speedos. Are you happy now? You made me say it.

the part about this post that I like the best is that it makes me feel like I didn't pick a crappy topic.

then there's the whole imaginative, clever idea behind using canabilism in a nursery rhyme setting it that makes this really unique, an engaging. I liked that part too.
