Boulder Induced Sleep

This may very well be the reason the Hare took such a long nap during the race.

Looking at this, it seems the hare deserves to be crushed my a giant rock. The tortoise isn't even trying to hide. Could he be more obvious? Nice drawing, Ken. I'd like to see it in color if you find some extra time.

Poor Hare, it's not his fault he's speedy :)

Really nice Ken!

You really render nice details into things like the texture of the cliff, very cool.

I like the cliff texture as well. This really opens my eyes. You should do more detective work on the cartoons of our childhoods. I'd really like to find more explanations as to what really happened in those things.

Oh, excuse me.

the popeye arm design of the turtle makes me think he ate some spinach to get the boulder up the cliff

Shane & Joe, thanks for the nudge. I think color helped it a bit (see my second posting).
Thanks guys for your great comments-- always great to hear from the masters. And sorry about the rabbit getting squished, Sarah, it's not my fault the Tortoise so maliciously competitive. Okay, it is.

That tortoise is kind of a jerk. If he wins by cheating, what does that teach me?
