Cupid

It seemed my girlish duty to do something soft and cute and pretty for this topic.

Good work with your girlish duty... you've found something sweet and innocent in "love." Who would have thought? Really nice cupid, Sarah.

Very cool design, I'm going to use some of it to make my entry better...

so, thanks!

You put so much great emotional connection in your drawings, Sarah. Nice work. I love the soft blues and yellows here. I appreciate you doing your girlish duty here, I think it helps offset all the horrific "Circle of Life" penguin entries.

I also like the wing design you chose... Not the typical way cupid's drawn, very cool!

Anciently, the explorers saw penguins and their wings and thought they were cupids.

Sarah, this is really nice. Such seemingly simple brush strokes and colors, but really a fine piece.

Nice design, nice colors, nice change from the love="death to penquins" theme that seems to dominate male thinking. Very nice work.

Great colors! I love the "unfinished" feel and it's really nice to see actual brush strokes. really good.

You almost got away with a completely girly drawing, if not for the sharp arrows... No wonder love hurts so much sometimes!
