dreamy ape. the pose is excellent. bounced lighting seems to typically be something you don't waste your time with -so I was impressed to see that. I'm not surprised at your abilities, just at your ability to restrain yourself from combining all of your knowledge into one picture (you wouldn't want to over-whelm your fans and kill them all off in one display of perfection)...so good job spreading it out.

Me agree. You paint good.

What an appealling little setup you have here. What a master... You ought to go work at Disney, you're so good. You even took the time to make King Kong a silverback... Nicely done.

King of Apes, HA! He's a pushover for a dame just like the rest of us. Actually, this is what I look like when I think about my wife-- body hair and all. You draw more gooder apes Shane.

Feels like an ape out of Disney's Tarzan... Only bigger... and with a tiny lady in his palm. A very solid drawing with nice soft coloring and lighting, excellent one!

Very cool. So much life in the expression... I long to be able to do that myself. Love the pose as well. Cool design, Shane!

This is such a great design. It's nice to see the softer side of Kong. Great colors and shading. Awesome as always!
