my favorite book of his!

you traced those trees, I know it.
This is wonderful. I found this a difficult style to match...but apparently you are related to the man.

This Lorax is awesome, 100 percent! Delightfully accurate Shane. This appears to be straight from the pages of one of Theodore Geisel's own books. Marvelous!

ooooh, nice! This looks like the work of the doctor himself! Great work, you got the line quality, hatching, and colors all down, great job and cool idea. That Lorax was such a freaking tree hugger, turns out he was right all along! Maybe we could learn from the Lorax.....Nah, let's keep destroying the earth! Dirty Reagan strikes again!

I loved the Lorax story! "I am the Lorax, I speak for the trees, I speak for the trees, for the trees have no tongues, and I'm asking you now at the top of my lungs-- what's that thing?! That horrible thing that I see! What's that thing you've made out of my Truffula Tree?"
Ahhh, what a great story :) And this image is great.

Once again, Shane... It is not appropriate to copy and paste actual Dr Seuss drawings and post them as your own. You have failed miserably.

There are so many wonderful things here... The tree detail and the way the hatching duplicates his style so perfectly! I was excited to see your post on this topic, and you didn't disappoint!
