Pecos Jill

The day I saw Shane's Slue Foot Sue, I vowed I would draw me a tall tale like that some day. Pecos Jill had a lot more appeal than Slue Foot Stew, so this is what you get. Yeee-haw!

Sweet! So, is this Bill's sister or ex-girlfriend? Either way, we're in for a rip-roaring good time.

Nice action pose, nice design, and nice idea. I guess what I'm saying is.. Nice!

Is that a BYU Cougar Seth? Looks like he's eyeballing some University of Utah Utes. I digress... Really terrific characters and pose. Love the action! And yet Jill looks like she's having the time of her life. That snake doesn't seem to mind her using him as a rope either. Really terrific Seth!

You draw the coolest things... in the best possible way... with a really magical pencil or something. Everything about this is great! The cougar's face is perfectly intense, and I love the action pose. It seems it might be difficult to ride a cougar... particularly bare-back. But if your lasso's a snake, I guess "danger" isn't really a concern to you.

Amazing sketch, Seth. I'd buy it, but I got it here for free. You're incredible, sir.

Are these animals her regular tools, or did she just jump on that cougar, and grab that snake out of the blue? Either way I think they're happy about it.

Very cool, as usual. You're the man.
