Yeah, I wouldn't call this obvious. I thought the sketches I've been working on were the obvious way to go... this is far more creative. This would have made a much better halftime show at the Super Bowl. Really great, Bryan.
Yeah, I recognize that guitar from the Super Bowl (That was about when I pushed the power button on the remote). How in the world do you do something like this in the middle of the night while taking care of your kid? What a piece of work!
Never would have crossed my mind, or might have after about a 20 hours brainstorm. I always wondered what Prince looked like before he hit the big time. This is great Bryan. Sometimes bawling babies can be a blessing in disquise.
Well, thank you, Nathan. I was going to let most of them pass on this post, but since you brought it up...
I about croaked when I saw how exellent this post was. Nobody toad me you could draw so well. It makes me very hoppy to see such nice work on Toon Club. It seems like I had something else to say, but I forgot it because my memory's a little froggy.
Excellent. Did you use the goatee tool? Cool design, and very clean as usual. You should get paid by Illustrator for the publicity you give it. I enjoy your illusuperness.
Toon Club is a weekly topic based cartooning/sketch club. While membership is by invitation only, all visitors are encouraged to leave comments and feedback.

Wasn't obvious to me- I think this is fantastic. Love the goatee

I think it would have crossed the line into obvious if you'd have given him a raspberry beret.
Wonderful! I wish I had kids so I could draw so well! I love the detail frame you gave this, too. All kinds of cool!
slick.
I admit that a version of this did cross my mind but was quickly erased, as it involved a back view and those butt-less pants he used to wear.
This turned out really nice. the background is just as cool as the character.
I really want to know how you do that scrolly work for the border. Is that vector as well?
All Illustrator my friends, all Illustrator.
You make us all feverishly ill from your ill(ustrator)ness.
Peter, I think you're supposed to leave all the puns for Adrian.

If you ever fancy a holiday in Scotland you can have free room and board in exchange for some Illustrator lessons!
That's EXTREMELY enticing, I've been to England once, but never made it to Scotland & I've always wanted to go. I may take you up on that one day!
Well you would be very welcome- and I have three teenagers that can help with your sleepless kid if you bring the family.
Very cool character. Funny.....
Ha ha, you know even without the Prince clothes and the Prince guitar, I think I'd still be all "Hey, that frog looks like Prince."
Very cool work :)
This is great. I love it. The costume and expression are fantastic.
