Pete, Pete, Pete...

You've never heard of Quick Draw McGraw? You need a hug!

Yeah, this is the real setting for the characters. It's a Hanna Barbera cartoon from 1960's. Even though Quick Draw was a law man, he would often dress as the masked do-gooder El Kabong and hit people over the head with guitars.

See, you missed out!

Thanks for the comment.

Not only are these real characters... this looks exactly like them. I think you just got a screen cap of the old show, Adrian. Cheater. Everything about it's great. I love the powdery clouds... SO old-time Hanna-Barbera! Nice work, cheater.

I like how all hanna barbarra cartoons tuck their hands back and extend their arms down to run. if i kid just watched cartoons all day, he'd probably get made fun of at the playground when he ran that way.

Hah, maybe he'd think it's perfectly natural to hardly ever move, like in a hanna barbarra cartoon.

Thanks for the comments and observations. It's all about the HB.

That means Hanna Barbera.

Where are Huckleberry Hound? and Yogi and Boo-Boo? These guys are all great. Quick Draw was always a personal favorite, and I had a pretty good imitation of him down too. Or was that just my natural voice. Anyway, this is great Adrian. Nice to revisit the past! Thanks for the reminder.

I loved Quick Draw as a kid or should I say, "Queekstraw" in homage to Baba Louie. And when he became El Kabong was my favorite of all. Great job.
