Shape Drawing

Started with a shape and filled it with an alien. Taylor's concept art talk made me want to break out the grey markers. Plus I left my tablet at work again. I should go back in and ink some perspective lines.

Funny, that's how most of my best weird ideas start too Chad. Throw down a fun shape and start building. Very cool alien dude! Nice line quality too. Are you using a brush, brush-pen, or just controling your line by overlap?
And, once upon a time, I used to work exclusively in marker, it's a great way to get an idea across quickly.

I'd like to know more about the Cyber-implants on this character. Was it an accident that made him choose this option, or was it the best option for planet domination?
Cool post Chad. Thanks!
